We're too small for an ERP, aren't we?
If you're already juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApps, and an accounting tool, you already have an ERP — just a broken one. We tailor the system to the size you actually are, starting from $999.
How long does implementation take?
Standard setups go live in 2–4 weeks. Custom builds depend on scope and are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Will it work with our current accountant, bank, and payment terminal?
Yes. We integrate with bank feeds, payment terminals, and online checkouts, and export in the format your accountant prefers.
What if we need something custom later?
Everything is built on an open, extensible foundation. New modules, automations, or integrations can be added at any time — no rebuild.
Who actually owns the data?
You do. Always. Hosting is managed by us in the EU with daily backups, and you can export your full database at any time.
What's included in the $999 one-time setup?
Tailored configuration for your business, accounting, inventory & orders, payment and banking integration, AI automations & chatbots, and training in your preferred language.
How does the 50/50 payment work?
50% to start the project so we can kick off, and the remaining 50% on delivery once everything is live and you're happy with the result.
What does cloud hosting include?
Managed, secure cloud hosting with monitoring, automated backups, security updates, and support — $39.99/month or $429.88/year (save ~10%).
What languages do you support?
Training and ongoing support in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
Who do I work with directly?
You work directly with Robert Fidanque, founder of SPCW — not a call center or rotating support queue.
